when are the 2004 models coming out?

I'm looking to by my first Acura (RSX type-s) and heard right before the
new models come out, the '03 models will come down on price. Is this true?

I know last fall that I was able to order an '03 RSX for LESS money than
I could buy an '02 RSX off the lot, i.e. you'll see more price
differences by checking a couple of dealers (or a web request).
